was selected by the ICUBA Board of Directors to process claims & administer
the health plan & provide the PPO network of providers effective April 1,
2005 which has allowed ICUBA a savings
in excess of 10% over the previous discounts received with prior carriers or about equal to $3
Million per year in savings.

Coaching is the most personal aspect of Health Dialog’s support programs
and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Health Coaches are specially
trained health professionals (such as nurses, respiratory therapists and
nutritionists). They can provide You with relevant on-the-spot medical
information and offer health-related videos/DVDs and materials. You can
