ICUBA offers a Preferred PPO Plan that allows employer schools to offer an HRA (Health Reimbursement Account) to its employees so the employer's benefits budget is not consumed solely in premium.  Member schools also have the flexibility to select benefits to fit their own institutional objectives.

ICUBA has no deductibles for ambulatory care or prescription drugs and offers a 90 day at retail pharmacy drug program along with a 90 day at mail program which allows members to save time and money.  ICUBA pays 100% of Preventive Services and all visits to Total Care (PCP, internist and pediatrics) and Embold preferred providers are always free to our members.
